We partner with U.S. and foreign government agencies as a technical implementer for training, capacity building, prosecutorial development, and criminal justice programs. D54 Foundation is structured to serve as a prime or subcontract recipient for federal cooperative agreements and grants.
We work directly with law enforcement agencies, prosecutorial offices, and professional associations to deliver training, provide technical assistance, and develop the coordination frameworks that turn investigations into successful prosecutions.
We collaborate with universities, think tanks, and research organizations on applied research, program evaluation, and the development of evidence-based approaches to criminal justice challenges.
We partner with international organizations and NGOs on community prevention programs, institutional reform initiatives, and projects that address the root causes of crime and violence.
D54 Foundation is eligible to receive federal grants and cooperative agreements as a 501(c)(3) organization, including programs funded through the Department of State, Department of Justice, and USAID.
