Announcements, developments, and perspectives from D54 Foundation.
D54 Foundation, a new 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has been established by veterans of law enforcement, intelligence, and interagency task force operations to address critical gaps in criminal justice capacity building, prosecutorial development, and cross-border cooperation in the Western Hemisphere. The organization will focus on training for both law enforcement and prosecutors, technical assistance, applied research, and community prevention programs aligned with U.S. national security priorities.
D54 Foundation has released its inaugural research publications, including briefs on cross-border criminal intelligence sharing, preventing cartel recruitment in border communities, and strengthening the investigator-prosecutor partnership in transnational cases. All publications are available on our Research page.
D54 Foundation is actively seeking partnerships with government agencies, law enforcement organizations, prosecutorial offices, academic institutions, international organizations, and civil society groups. Organizations interested in collaboration can submit inquiries through our Partner page.
